ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

We endeavour to have all orders picked, packed, and on the courier (or ready for Saturday collection) within 48 hours (excludes weekends, public holidays, and notified periods) of payment clearing. If we are experiencing any delays we will do our best to update the customers of affected orders.

  

DELIVERY TIMES

Normal courier deliveries are expected within 2-4 days of your order being dispatched.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Under current postal conditions, we are being advised to allow an extra 3-5 days for delivery.

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

 

If you have not received your parcel within 7 days of placing your order please use your tracking number for an update or contact us at info@khemeiavalley.com.

 

 RURAL DELIVERIES

Please ensure that you use the Rural Delivery Shipping Rate if you have an RD number. To help keep costs down for our customers we do subsidise the rural shipping rates.

 

Failure to select the correct shipping options may result in delays for your order while we wait for adding shipping costs to be paid in full (by the customer).

 

Normal rural delivery times are 3-5 days of your order being dispatched.

All orders over $100 receive free shipping *

Shipping costs will be advised for customised orders if they exceed our standard shipping sizes (for example – bulk buy products).

 

CUT OFF DATES & TIMES

** Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and location of pick up. **

 

If your order is received after Thursday 5pm you may have to wait until the following Saturday for collection. 

 

Please ensure you read your confirmation email carefully and check the details to avoid any confusion.

 

If you have work or commitments that don’t allow for Saturday Click & Collect please contact info@khemeiavalley.com and we may be able to make other arrangements.

 

PACKAGING

Our environment is very important to us so we reuse and recycle as much of our packaging materials that we can and use the most eco-friendly options that we can source at the time.

 

We endeavour to package your orders so they arrive to you in good condition but we take no responsibility for damage done during transit. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@khemeiavalley.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
